No, this should work. Use the same Apple-ID for all hardware. Then in Prefs, link them to your phone number and mailadresses. Hi June, Try a right-mouseclick for downloading the webdocument to your desktop first. Then drag it from there onto Acrobat (in the dock) to force it to open your file.
