Thanks everyone for your responses!  Alt+shift+k works great for me :) Two more questions please - some have suggested Option+shift+k - sorry for my ignorance but where do I find the 'Option' key!? Second question - can I produce the  on my iPhone too?

[MacBook] 'Apple' symbol?

 

But.............. the apple symbol did not appear in my Yahoo mail on a PC.  Just a blank square.  Worked on my Mac though.   Karen

That's what I thought. I was in Gmail. Anyway, I copied the 'apple' you
sent, pasted it into my signature option in Gmail, works like a charm. Will
used when I'm so inclined.
